We recently provided our property refurbishment services on a property in Aintree, which was in desperate need of modernisation.

The property was a very run-down 3 bedroom semi detached building which had not been lived in for many years. Our first job was to chase several pigeons away from the property and temporarily repair the roof to stop any further vermin and water ingress. The property needs everything doing to it from a full rewire & gas central heating system to removing a wild back garden to create a large lawned area at the rear. The property was fully re-plastered in every room, a new family bathroom was created and a new fully integrated kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and top-end cooking appliances. We fitted LVT flooring to the ground floor & bathroom. The property was finished externally with a K-Rend system and a new slate gravel driveway.
